Because we believe the greener the better, all of the flora and trees on the property have been protected and kept in their original places. This means that your new home will be surrounded by beautiful trees and vegetation.
We have created these comfortable beach apartments just for you, with one, two or three bedrooms option. Our goal was to make your dream become a reality at an accessible price.

PLAYA WHAT?

Playa Chacá gets its name from the famous Chacá tree (also known as Gumbo Limbo) - an endemic tree from Yucatán. The perimeter wall of our large property is not cement, but instead an eco-friendly fence made entirely of this tree. The perfectly lined up trees are the wall!! This creates an interesting mixture of natural life with modern and comfortable structures that give Playa Chacá its magical feeling.

THE SEA JUST A STONE’S THROW FROM YOUR HOME

The Gulf of México and its clean, swimmer friendly waters are less than a 3-minute walk from Playa Chacá. Located one block from the wide sandy beaches of the Gulf, you will swim in waters that have no ebb tides or rocks, take relaxing walks by the sea, feel the warm sand under your feet and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Look up at the sky as flocks of pink flamingos, white seagulls and brown pelicans majestically soar above you. It's truly a sight to behold!

A PLACE THAT IS ONE WITH NATURE

The local flora and fauna of Progreso are both diverse and gorgeous: pink and red hibiscus flowers, fragrant frangipani trees, orange flamboyant trees, coconut ladden palm trees, bottle nose dolphins, colorful fish, sea turtles and pink flamingos are daily sights in Progreso.
